    • •This application is intended for tracking darts game scores (Cricket and X01).
    • •The application is free to use. Online play includes 4 free matches per week.
    • •The Bullsy Online Pass (€4.90/month) renews automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel anytime via the 'Manage' button on the Online page or from your profile page.
    • •The user is responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide.
    • •The application administrator is not responsible for any damages resulting from the use or malfunction of the application.
    • •The administrator does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the application.
    • •Results and statistics are indicative and their accuracy is not guaranteed.
    • •The administrator reserves the right to modify or discontinue the service without prior notice.
    • •Access to online play is subject to Fair Play rules. Violations may result in restrictions regardless of subscription status.

    Online Play Fair Play Rules

    • •Online play requires keeping your camera on throughout the entire match. Covering or turning away the camera is prohibited.
    • •Score cheating, intentional stalling, and unsportsmanlike conduct are prohibited.
    • •Other players can report unfair play after a match. Reports are evaluated automatically on a rolling 30-day window.
    • •3 reports from different opponents result in a warning.
    • •5 reports from different opponents result in a 7-day temporary online play ban.
    • •Repeated offenses after a warning or temporary ban may result in a permanent online play ban.
    • •Bans apply only to online play. Offline play, leagues, and tournaments function normally.
    • •A paid subscription does not entitle rule violations. The subscription remains active, but online play is blocked during the ban period.
    • •The administrator reserves the right to modify Fair Play rules and sanctions.

    This application is provided "as is" without any warranties. The application developer and administrator are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the application.

    Purpose of Data Processing

    Data is used solely for: • Player identification • Storing game results • Displaying statistics • Displaying first and last name in league and tournament results when the player opts in

    Data Retention

    Data is retained as long as the user uses the service. Users can request deletion of their data by contacting the administrator.

    Data Security

    Data is stored on a secure server. PIN codes are stored encrypted (hashed). Only the administrator has access to the data.

    Your Rights

    Cookies

    The application does not use cookies for marketing purposes. Technical cookies may be used to ensure service functionality.
